Denisse Rios 

Denisse joined the ExCELL team on 2023 as Family Event Coordinator.
Previously to joining the team she worked as a Spanish teacher for a Montessori school in Richmond, VA. Her passion for teaching emphasized guidance in supporting the social-emotional building blocks nurturing the whole child. Through yoga, mindfulness and connecting with nature Denisse taught for many years as well as starting her own tutoring program.   

​She is committed to supporting long lasting bonds with families in their journey in education.
