Ruth McReynolds

Ruth McReynolds is a literacy coach and trainer for the ExCELL program.  In this role she works with programs serving children birth through age five.  She has been with ExCELL since 2014.  Ms. McReynolds has been working in the field of Education for over forty years with a focus on early childhood education and adult education.  She has been a classroom teacher, Program Director and Preschool School Director.  She received her Bachelors of Arts in Education from Concordia College, NY and her Masters of Education from Concordia University, Portland, OR.   

She is also part of the ExCELL project support team and Family Engagement team.
