​Toni Hamlin

Toni joined the ExCELL team in September of 2024 as the Operations Specialist. Prior to joining the team, she received her Master of Education in Reading from VCU. This launched her career as a Reading Specialist in Richmond Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, and Henrico County Public Schools. Most recently, she was a Coaching Specialist with The Literacy Lab where she focused on coaching, training, and curriculum development. Toni is committed to empowering parents, supporting teachers, and helping children access literacy.
